1st Shareholders’ Meeting in 2017 Held Successfully

The 1st shareholders’ meeting of Zhengzhou Sigma in 2017 is held on the morning of Apr.23, 2017. The meeting was host by Mr. Wu Xiaojun, chairman of the company.

The work report of 2016, financial report of 2016, supervisory work report of 2016 and proposal of Board were voted on and approved unanimously.

Mr.Wu Xiaojun, chairman and general manager, does a detailed report to all the shareholders in his work report in 2016, makes a profound reflection and summary the deficiency of the work of 2016, and express his appreciation to all Sigma people’s efforts. The work of the declaration group is praised highly. The results in 2016 are: municipal engineering and technology research center, the first acridine compounds synthetic engineering technology research center in the world, SiShang enterprise, National key enterprise and get fund, municipal technology giant of science and technology, addition to 2015 provincial technology giant of science and technology special funds is approved; concluding projects: 2014 Zhengzhou City Science and Technology SME Innovation Fund project "technology research and development of 9-Oxo-10(9H)-acridineacetic acid"; authorized 5 invention patents (total 9 patents); 2 articles( total 6 articles); application for 3 new invention patents. Furthermore, Mr. Wu Xiaojun deploys the work in 2017 comprehensively.
