Mr. CD Luo is from American Specialty Chemicals & Materials, Inc. in California, USA. We sincerely hope his coming will be a new beginning for our long-term cooperation. Our Tio2 factory was built in 1995 , covering an area of 260,000 square meters with 929 skilled employee, among them 367 are technicians, and the production capacity of titanium dioxide is 60,000 ton per year.

Recently our new factory chloride process is constructing, once founded, we will have a ability of production 90,000 every year, and will be the most professional company which have the chloride process of Tio2 in China.
