After painstaking research of more than five years, our R＆D team has successfully developed decaborane, o-Carborane and m-Carborane and achieved an important breakthrough with bulk production. At present, monthly output of decaborane, o-Carborane and m-Carborane reaches more than hundreds of kilograms. Technical breakthrough paves the way for greater amounts of production. With the further improvement of technology and increase of equipments, almost any amount of product can be achieved.
The bulk production of decaborane, o-Carborane and m-Carborane is epoch making significance and dismisses many experts’ doubt about the technology maturity and whether it can be produced in bulk of the series of products. The technology breakthrough lays possibility for subsequent extension of the development of high energy solid fuel and special materials and also indicates the bright future. We believe that it must bring huge boost for of our country’s material research and development especially in military field with the breakthrough of the technology.
