Seven resolutions, including work report of the board in 2015 , financial report in 2015, work report of supervisor in 2015, the chest extraction ratio and so on, are reviewed and approved unanimously.
The CEO & General Manager Mr. Wu Xiaojun reports the work in 2015 in detail, sums up the experience. He also does the detailed deployment. Who are we? What does Sigma do? How do we work? These key strategical questions are carried on deep understanding. The specific working methods and requirements, such as market operation situation, company governance etc. are arranged in detail.
